Working with Cheryl was like working with a dear friend. We felt like she always had our best interest at hear and just went above and beyond the expected service. She helped us think through negotiations without ever being pushy, she works with the best closing company in Palm Coast, and she always offered extra things like going by our home when we went on vacation to make sure all was well or even picking up an important shipment that was sent before closing but arrived after. My husband and I have moved many times and Cheryl has been on our favorite Realtors by far. We would highly recommend her!

We had the best experience with Cheryl! She was very knowledgeable, professional and most of all she kept us calm in a crazy market! We went from listing the house to closing in 3.5 weeks and she was with us every step of the way. She was always checking in to make sure we were okay and if we needed anything. She still calls to see how we are doing, which is so nice. I would highly recommend using Cheryl if you are listing or buying property!
